Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with She Rides Wild. We appreciate your support and want you to love every item you purchase. Please review our store policies below.

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

Store Credit

If you experience an issue with your order, eligible items may be returned for store credit only.
To receive store credit, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags still attached

  • Not a final-sale or non-returnable item (see below)

Non-Returnable / No Exchange Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear bottoms

  • Any item marked as Final Sale

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, you may return an eligible item for store credit and place a new order using the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will gladly assist in resolving the issue.
