Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with She Rides Wild. Please review our shipping policies before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or special promotions.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S./your country): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages returned due to an invalid address

  • Re-shipping costs for returned packages

If a package is returned to us, the customer must pay additional shipping to have it resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, She Rides Wild is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather or customs delays

If your package shows "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs inspections.

  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs—no refunds will be issued.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue
